A. Call to order
B. Roll call / Establish a quorum / Verify proxies
C. Board of directors’ reports
D. Nomination/Introduction of candidate(s) for board of directors
E. Conduct members’ vote to fill vacancies on the board of directors
F. Proposed 2025 operating budget and 2025 member dues assessment
G. Consider a motion to approve the 2025 operating budget at the same amount as 2024’s budget, making not increase, effective January a, 2025.
I. Proposed change to change to CVHOA covenants (Article IV, section C, 7) regarding changing the colors which units may be painted. (This would be an optional change which would provide choices of a prescribed palette of colors, which will be determined by March 31.)
J. Consider a motion to approve the change
K. Review of winter contracts and new insurance policy.
L. Consider a motion to approve the winter contracts and insurance policy.
M. Senate Bill 24-021 and the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”)
N. Consider motion to adopt (since our HOA is not eligible to be exempt) an amendment regarding Senate Bill 24-021 to the HOA’s declarations acknowledging that the HOA is subject to the entirety of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”)
O. Time reserved for residents and owners for items not already on the agenda
P. Consider additional matters received after agenda deadline
Q. Set Date of 2024 annual meeting

About Us
Columbine Village Homeowners Association [CVHOA], was established March 1982 as a Colorado not for profit corporation. The membership of CVHOA is comprised of all owners of the 36 homes in Columbine Village. Our primary purpose is to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities of Columbine Village and to provide for maintenance, convenience and security of its residents.
Annually, the membership of CVHOA votes for a volunteer Board of Directors and approves both an operating budget and an allocation to a reserves fund for future maintenance of the improvements for which CVHOA is responsible.

The HOA Board self-manages the property, responsible coordination of maintenance and HOA services, financial recordkeeping, and customer service.
