About Us

Columbine Village Homeowners Association [CVHOA], was established March 1982 as a Colorado not for profit corporation. The membership of CVHOA is comprised of all owners of the 36 homes in Columbine Village. Our primary purpose is to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities of Columbine Village and to provide for maintenance, convenience and security of its residents.

Annually, the membership of CVHOA votes for a volunteer Board of Directors and approves both an operating budget and an allocation to a reserves fund for future maintenance of the improvements for which CVHOA is responsible.

Your 2021 Board of Directors are:

Kimberly Schott -- President

Selina Williams – Vice President

Amy Hart – Secretary

The HOA Board self-manages the property, responsible coordination of maintenance and HOA services, financial recordkeeping, and customer service.

For further information about CVHOA, please call Amy, CVHOA’s Secretary, at (719)331-2410 to request CVHOA information for real estate transactions, dues assessments, Board meeting minutes, financial statements, newsletters, and anything else you don’t know but would like to.
